This well regarded Insurance brand requires a experienced Governance Manager. Within this exciting and diverse role you be assisting the business with management and oversight of their Governance structures Sitting within this leading organisation and working closely with the CRO this role will play a key role of the management and oversight of compliance and regulatory requirements across this leading insurance brand. Specifically this role will ensure that the governance obligations are correctly reported and a solid understanding of the regulatory environment . Your day to day duties will include the following:

  • Documentation and dissemination of relevant policy and, where necessary, procedures to promote client contractual, legislative and regulatory governance..
  • Assess the impact of legislative changes to the insurance sector, and ensure the business units are fully informed.
  • Ensure the business is aware of their regulatory obligations are met from a company secretarial perspective.
  • You will liaise with Internal and External Audit for relevant compliance monitoring activities
Suitable candidates will possess - As the successful candidate with relevant experience in corporate governance and or company secretariat experience. It will beneficial if you have a knowledge across Insurance and or wealth products.
