Important Notice:
Please be advised that this role will initially be located in Waymouth Street, Adelaide SA 5000, however, it will be relocated to the new State Control Centre at Richmond Road, Keswick, SA 5037 in 2021.

Employment Period:
Up until 11 June 2021

Primary Purpose:
Deliver and implement a current and complete SACFS Administrative Policy library.
Undertake research, analyse information and prepare reports, plans and high level documentation for priority strategy and governance deficiencies.
Provision of organisational wide advice and recommendations impacting service delivery of strategy and planning services.
Provision of high level support for the executive strategic decision making processes for audit, risk and program management, integrating these activities with the needs of the organisation.
Responsible for initiating, planning, implementing, coordinating and delivering significant agency programs in accordance with corporate goals and government policy.
Influence and proactively support innovative and collaborative approaches to achieve organisation programs and objectives.
Presenting recommendations for prioritisation of programs and projects, and drive successful implementation of projects to achieve government and organisation objectives.
Contribute to the management of audit, risk, strategy and innovation and program governance functions and activities to ensure enhanced organisation capability within relevant legislative and regulatory compliance requirements whilst promoting collaborative and innovative approaches that contribute to improved outcomes for the organisation and its stakeholders.
Develop and implement project plans and coordinate cross -government activities to address identified capability gaps within CFS.
Manage implementation of designated complex projects and programs within CFS and provision of policy advice.
Responsible for the provision of advice and services to the Chief Executive Officer and leadership team to facilitate the management, coordination and resolution of critical corporate policy issues.
Responsible for supporting the Director in the effective management of human, financial and physical resources within the scope of delegation/responsibility through contributing to budget preparation, management and review.
Contribute to the SACFS operational roster and ensure capability of delivery at the Manager or equivalent level.

Essential Qualifications:
A relevant tertiary qualification.

Remuneration:
ASO7
$101,859 - $110,107 p.a.
