About The Role

Role Location: 75 Dorcas Street, South Melbourne VIC 3205 AND 833 Collins Street, South Melbourne

Role Type: Permanent

Shift Schedule: Full-time, 40hrs/week

The objective of this role is to champion a well-managed operational culture within the Customer Contact Centre’s Customer Solutions business.

This role will play a critical part in ensuring an uplift in sales through supporting newly trained accredited bankers and ensuring compliant customer interactions across the Everyday Banking products by fostering behavioral change in bankers to reduce compliance breaches while monitoring appropriate banker conduct and responsible lending. Performance capability uplift will be achieved by supporting Contact Centre Managers and Team Managers in embedding leader-led specialist coaching, compliance, process improvements and change initiatives in line with Contact Centre priorities.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Strong understanding of obligations/legislations required within a Retail Sales business including extensive product and lending knowledge
  • Proven coaching experience (Grist methodology highly desired)
  • Highly skilled in developing stakeholder relationships
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to drive Change
  • Strong customer focus
