What you'll be doing The Emergency Data and Clerical Manager is responsible for the integrity and compliance of FirstNet data to align with MoH emergency datasets. This includes the production of time critical reports for performance monitoring, service planning and quality improvement projects.

The position is responsible for the overall management of emergency administrative staff. The role oversees the delivery of efficient and effective administrative support services by planning, reviewing, evaluating and implementing change to achieve organisational outcomes.
How to Apply To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria as thoroughly as possible. Significant experience in staff management, with the ability to lead team performance to achieve service goals. Proven experience with data management and the ability to monitor, maintain, analyse and report on KPIs to various stakeholders including executive staff. Proven understanding of Emergency Department processes and KPI targets. Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills including the ability to consult, negotiate and liaise effectively with various stakeholders at different levels. Holds high level computer literacy skills including the use of spreadsheets, databases, word processing software and experience using hospital based systems such as Cerner PAS and FirstNet. Capacity to implement quality improvement and change management initiatives. Demonstrated effective problem-solving, negotiation and advocacy skills, with the ability to lead and effect change to meet service outcomes. Proven ability to effectively prioritise and organise a high volume of workload to achieve outcomes within strict time frames. Need more information?
