JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking candidates with strong contact centre experience and enjoy providing a high level of customer service. As an approved talent supplier to the Government, we are seeking experienced customer service representatives that are immediately available!
Day to Day Duties:
- High volume of inbound phone calls
- Administrative tasks and data entry
- Provide service information to customers
- General queries
- Case management and follow up duties
- Recent contact centre or customer service experience
- Available from Monday - Friday between the hours of 9am-7:30pm
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer knowledge
- Ability to multitask and have excellent attention to detail
