We are currently seeking a skilled Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant for an opportunity within State Government. Randstad has been partnering with Government departments and authorities across Australia for over 25 years providing temporary contract and ongoing support throughout all areas and industries.

The role

As an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant you will provide high level administrative support to the general management team and would be responsible for on a day to day basis:

  • Diary and calendar management
  • Managing incoming communication via calls, emails and letters
  • End to end coordination of internal and external meetings including minute taking
  • Formatting board reports and agendas
  • Scheduling appointments and determining competing priorities
  • Records and database management
Skills and Experience
  • Relevant EA/ PA experience
  • The ability to communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
  • You will have a strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook
  • A minimum typing speed of 60 words per minute
  • Be immaculately presented and highly professional
