  • 12 Month Max Term Contract
  • Brisbane or Sydney location


An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated and forward-thinking Operational Change and Governance Consultant within our People & Culture Advice & Services area.

The role will require the successful applicant to create value for our clients by delivering operational governance and change management across the services and processes within Talent & People Operations, ensuring alignment to the Service Delivery Model within People & Culture.

Key Responsibilities

Among other responsibilities, this role will also:
  • Support change management to our services and processes to ensure appropriate steps are being adhered to and operational risk assessments are undertaken and managed
  • Support query management in line with A&S tiered service delivery model and SLAs through the provision of advice and guidance to clients
  • Support communication and change activities related to operational governance
  • Oversee and coordinate / support scheduled risk obligation reviews, internal audits and externals audits ensuring records are maintains and all actions are tracked and closed out
  • Undertake process risk assessments to ensure process health and controls are up to date and relevant as prioritised
  • Providing support to P&C Manager Governance & Change with regular partner baselining exercises achieving best practice interventions and processes


Skills And Qualifications
  • Accounting, Finance or HR qualification or degree - Desired
  • 5 years + operational experience Demonstrated experience on operational risk management
  • Demonstrated continuous improvement, change, communication and optimisation activity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables and timelines in a fast-moving team environment
