About The Role

The Member Education Support Officer provides high level, efficient administrative and project based services which positively contribute to and support the overall effectiveness of Super SA’s Member Education team. In this role, you will:

  • Develop and monitor systems to support the administrative functions of the Member Education team
  • Co-ordinate high-quality responses to various correspondence, reports and minutes related to superannuation/Member Education
  • Co-ordinate marketing and promotional materials, manage bookings for superannuation seminars and webinars
  • Co-ordinate seminar and workplace visit arrangements
  • Monitor and process orders and invoices to ensure timely payments
  • Input and maintain seminar, webinar and member data for communications, feedback and various reporting
  • Undertake minor research and project work as required

What We're Looking For

To be successful in the role, you will have:
  • Experience in providing administrative support services to a dynamic and agile team, with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong proficiency of the Microsoft suite including Word, Excel and MS Office products
  • Experience in processing payments and using systems such as Basware
  • Experience co-ordinating seminars/meetings and managing bookings
  • Proven ability to work independently, apply initiative and be proactive
  • A customer focussed approach

Special Conditions

Flexible part time hours may be considered for this role, up to 27 hours per week. – The role is now 0.8 (4 days) Candidates seeking part time hours are encouraged to apply.

This role is temporary up to 12 months.

Some out of hours work may be required.

ASO3 - $63,681 - $67,868 (adjusted to actual hours worked)
