About the role
This role is integral to our success as a sales team as this role is focused on developing and maintaining new and existing customer relationships for our suite of products and services with the goal to maximise revenue and consistently deliver superior customer service to our clients.

  • Possess deep knowledge of AC3 business product offering and value proposition
  • Support sales cadence process to encourage and reinforce group commitment of quality customer service, ensuring long term strategic customer relationships that exceed customers’ expectations
  • Contribute to strategies that enhances the sales team ability to deliver annual revenue & GP targets
  • Identify and maximise business opportunities for existing and new customers
  • Seek out new business and prepare proposal and quotations in response to customer needs
  • Manage and coordinate tender processes 
Essential experience
  • 5 years+ successful sales experience in a complex technology sales environment (must go beyond just selling"tin"), including solution sales, developing, and managing a new customer base, developing and maintaining an existing customer base, and meeting allocated revenue and sales targets
  • Experience in sales in the Government sector
  • Developing and managing a new customer base
  • Worked in a company that used Miller Heiman Sales Process
Desirable experience:
  • Experience and relationships with NSW Health, Education, or Transport highly desirable
  • Experience developing, coordinating, and writing proposals for large-scale, joint program efforts
  • Cisco, AWS and Azure certifications/training
  • Experience in the development, packaging, and selling of specific lines of ICT products and services
  • Experience preparing weekly reports and updates to management
  • Technical background in engineering, development, or operations
  • Experience working within MSP environment
