The SA office is currently seeking a driven Safety and Training Consultant – Emergency Preparedness.

The Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager you will join a motivated, highly skilled and professional team of Training and Compliance Consultants.

This role will suit those who enjoy working in an autonomous environment and are highly organised and passionate about training.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of highly practical, client focused emergency management training and drills to our key clients throughout SA such as:

-Chief Warden, ECO Warden, Emergency Management Awareness, Emergency Planning Committee and Mail Room Handling.

Key skills and experience:

- A strong track record in delivering positive training outcomes

- Demonstrated ability to deliver training with flair and enthusiasm

- Law enforcement or military experience in the field of counter terrorism or border protection would be ideal

- Experience in delivering ECO training, Fire Warden, Chief Warden and Evacuation Training is highly regarded

- Customer-focused approach with excellent time management skills

- Ability to build rapport and strong relationships

Demonstrated experience in Training and Assessment, a current driver’s license and your own vehicle are essential minimum pre-requisites for this role.

A comprehensive induction to the role designed to enhance the successful candidate's demonstrated skills and experience will be completed in house on initial employment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $56,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
