The Role
An exciting permanent opportunity has opened up in the position of Safety, Risk & Emergency Management Coordinator within the Transperth Train Operations (TTO) Division.
In this role, you will assist with the implementation, monitoring and review of the safety, risk and emergency management functions for the TTO Division; and also provide data analysis and reporting support to the General Manager TTO, Manager Safety & Quality TTO, and Safety, Health & Environment Committees.
About you
To be successful in the role, you will need to have:
- Possession of a relevant safety qualification.
- Demonstrated knowledge of and relevant experience in risk management and conducting risk assessments.
- Considerable experience in leading the implementation of safety systems in a complex and/or operational environment.
- Well-developed written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills including negotiation and facilitation skills.
- Highly developed conceptual, analytical and problem solving ability.
- Highly developed organisational skills including the ability to plan, implement and use systems to achieve objectives.
