How will I help?

This newly created role will be supporting and managing the Board governance function for the Platforms team.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, BT Platforms, you will be supporting the Platforms Product team by, liaising with key stakeholders and authors, providing support for efficient operation of all meetings, heavy involvement in Board paper writing/reviewing in line with current policy and committee requirements as well as responsible for enhancing the overall business process..

You will source critical information and build strong partnerships with a broad range of stakeholders across the Platforms, Investments and Operations team to ensure the team are meeting key deadlines and quarterly deadline cycles.

What do I need?

To be successful in this position, your written communication skills are crucial. This role is ideal for someone wanting to develop their writing skills even further and gain a better understanding of how the Board operates. You may have a background in Product or Communications, with experience in writing to Senior Leaders. Exposure to Cosec will be highly regarded. You will be comfortable working autonomously to meet deadlines and bring excellent negotiation and communication skills at a senior level as you liaise and engage internally and across the wider business.
