What you’ll do

The Governance and Reporting Manager role is integral part of the Tabcorp Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO). Working closely with the EPMO team and key stakeholders across the Tabcorp enterprise, this role will own and drive the Governance and Reporting requirements for the EPMO. Responsibilities include:

  • Manage the day-to-day operation of the enterprise portfolio report and significant status reporting and metrics function.
  • Plan and manage of the development and review of the project methodology under the delivery framework.
  • Contribute to and ensure robust decision-making practices are being embedded at the portfolio level as well as development of principles, processes and standards applicable to enterprise delivery framework.
  • Establish policies and standards to support the planning, execution and quality assurance of project operations across the organisation.
  • Implement and management of the integrated reporting tools, approved EPMO templates.
  • Introduce portfolio reporting standards and reporting metrics to manage the measurement and assessment of reportable projects across the organisation.
  • Design and continue to improve monthly portfolio report, covering portfolio health including financial information, risks and issues, resourcing, dependencies and benefit realisation.
  • Site management including administration management, process implementation to streamline information and establish and manage site pages, permission types and SharePoint lists.

What you’ll bring

  • Industry Certification in Project Management e.g. PMP, RegPM, Agile, PgMP
  • Extensive experience working in project and/or management roles, Sharepoint administration.
  • Proficiency in corporate governance routines and executive reporting.
  • Highly developed business analysis couple with strong data interpretation skills.
  • Experience as a project leader with the ability to act decisively, with confidence.
  • Proficient in project management reporting tools and process-focused with a high attention to detail
  • You’ll be fastidious for detail and a strategic thinker. You’ll also be a great communicator and know how to build robust relationships with your influencing skills.
