- $95,000 + super + benefits
- First Line Risk & Control
- Full-time, permanent role and immediate start
Role Overview
Establish and drive a risk and controls first line risk management function for governance and reporting across Advice, Super and Bank within the business.
- Support the team deliver significant improvements to the maturity of the 1LOD function
- Develop, implement and maintain risk and compliance governance frameworks for Line 1, and the reporting suite for these frameworks
- Implement actions identified to develop and continually improve the governance frameworks for Super, Advice and Bank to ensure they continue to be effective for the management of risk of the business
- Liaise with stakeholders
- Prepare analysis and read across of KRIs across the end to end value chain for Super, Advice and Bank to identify systemic issues for escalation and investigation
- Strong technical background in reporting e.g. Self-Service Tools like Tableau, Power BI
- Advanced excel skills e.g. VBA
- SQL background
- Strong presentation skills
- Data analytics skills and experience in the use of reporting software
- Experience in business and management reportin
