Digital Governance Project Manager

How will I help?

You will manage Delivery Governance for Consumer Digital, providing reporting and oversight of the portfolio and providing supporting and submission to governance forums. You will communicate and collaborate regularly with the Delivery Program Directors to ensure programs adhere to Enterprise and Divisional PMO team Program / Project Execution Framework requirements.

You will work with the Consumer Transformation Programs to ensure robust, highlight quality and compliant reporting, milestone management, risk and issues management, dependency management, change control procedures, document management procedures, governance meeting structures and timings

You will manage Consumer Transformation funding and approval submissions across the portfolio, ensuring they are of a high level of quality and submitted to the appropriate governance forum for approval in a complete and timely manner. You will manage the pipeline, readiness and prioritisation processes for delivery teams across Westpac Group. You will provide project and people management support for Digital projects required.

What do I need?

Previous experience as a delivery focused project manager leading and managing medium to large sized programs/projects within large complex organisations, ideally within financial services. You will have exceptional stakeholder and people management skills. Strong understanding of project delivery and governance methodologies. Experience working in Agile and digital project environments highly advantageous. Tertiary degree highly regarded.
