About the Role

They are currently seeking multiple Customer Service Specialists to join their team in Parramatta. This is an estimated 3-6month temporary assignment, with a potential to extend.

Reporting to the Manager, you will be required to provide face to face support and guidance to Departmental Staff and stakeholders on COVID Safety Practices to facilitate the transition of retuning back to office environment

In this rewarding role, you will be undertaking the following duties –

  • Deliver professional and empathetic frontline customer service to Departmental staff and stakeholders on COVID-19 safe workplace principles.
  • Attend to needs, requests and enquiries in a timely and accurate manner
  • Foster a positive experience and team environment
  • Facilitate the resolution of complaints
  • Provide courteous reminders to check into the building by using the COVID Safe Check-In QR Codes
  • Educate Departmental staff and stakeholders on the need to adhere to COVID safe practices
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of processes
  • Monitor office floors, encouraging staff to practice safe social distancing
  • Collect and collate COVID-19 Safety data during customer interactions
  • Record and report on data
  • Identify further efficiencies and solutions to contribute to continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with legislative requirements

About You

To be successful in this great assignment you will have the following – 


  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience delivering frontline customer service
  • Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Empathetic nature with remarkable interpersonal skills
  • Professional, resilient, and confident with a customer service delivery focus
  • Solid conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to adhere to WHS and COVID19 safe workplace principles
  • Proactive with the ability to work independently and within a team
  • Superior organisational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines
  • Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment
