The City of Playford, alongside Maxima, currently have an exciting traineeship as a Community Services Officer. This opportunity will gain you a nationally accredited Certificate III in Community Services, allow you to get hands-on experience, paid training, and continuous mentoring.

As a Community Services Officer, you will be a fundamental team member in the community development team, providing support where needed, and undertaking a wide range of tasks.

Duties Include:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to community members
  • Action incoming and outgoing enquiries in person and over phone
  • Assist prepare and cook meals for the community
  • Conduct community drop-offs and visits
  • Record keeping and filing of electronic and hard copy correspondence
  • Support the creation of digital media content

Role Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience

  • National Police Clearance or willing to obtain
