Senior Regional Coordinator - Emergency Management

  • Salary: $101,120 - $122,348 per annum plus superannuation
  • Tenure: Full Time / Fixed Term until 30 June 2022
  • Location: Melbourne CBD (the Department provides flexible working arrangements)

Transport Services

To deliver transport services across all modes that provides a single user interface to the transport network.

Primary purpose of this role

The Safety Resilience and Emergency Coordination (SREC) branch's purpose is working together to build a safe and resilience transport system for the community and the Senior Regional Coordinator – Emergency Management plays a key role within SREC.

This role will support DoT in the delivery of its emergency management responsibilities associated with roads, tunnels and bridges, marine pollution and marine casualty, major public transport disruption, shark hazards and other legislated emergency management responsibilities.

This role will work closely with the regions across the state and drive key emergency management activities to ensure effective outcomes are achieved.

Key Selection Criteria
