About the Role

The Registered Peritoneal Dialysis Nurse will provide a comprehensive, holistic nursing service to patients within the Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service. The registered nurse demonstrates nursing competence in the provision of nursing care to inpatients and outpatients and undertakes delegated activities whilst assuming individual accountability for actions within the position and context of practice. The registered nurse will also assist in the achievement of service goals of the Cairns Kidney Service.

(Applications will remain current for 12 months)

(Employees who are permanently appointed to Queensland Health may be required to undertake a period of probation appropriate to the appointment)
