About the role: 

We have an exciting role available for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Digital Team. Reporting to the Emerging Brands Digital Manager your responsibilities will include the management of all paid media and end to end digital marketing campaigns, supporting new business to scale quickly with direct accountability across digital marketing and end to end campaign management across a portfolio of Emerging brands. Extended responsibilities including marketing / brand management across select Emerging Brands.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Partner with the Emerging Brand(s) Manager & key stakeholders to help scale and grow a portfolio of new and emerging businesses with best-in-class digital marketing campaigns
  • Implement & optimise digital marketing targets to deliver to marketing objectives & KPIs for the Emerging brands portfolio
  • Elevate and accelerate paid media and owned digital channels such as social media and YouTube
  • Work closely with the in-house Performance Marketing team to optimise performance marketing channels for optimal sales outcomes in line with agreed KPIs
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights across campaigns, and optimize spend and performance-based data driven insights
  • Develop digital media plans & implement all paid marketing campaigns, reporting on performance to KPI’s. Including channels such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Display, YouTube as required
  • Analyse digital sales performance against forecasts and relevant financials to continually optimise and improve performance across relevant marketing channels
  • Define and deliver customer acquisition strategies to accelerate customer growth
  • Develop and execute campaigns designed to accelerate customer acquisition and drive database growth for the Emerging Brands portfolio

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification (Focus on Business, Retail or Marketing is preferred)
  • Project/campaign management experience within a retail eCommerce environment
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in fast paced and creative environment with a good understanding of how to manage competing deadlines
  • Expert understanding of multi-channel retailing and eCommerce.
  • Understanding of the eCommerce environment and ways to optimise the online customer experience
