The Superannuation Administrator, Data Integrity is responsible for Super SA’s Annual Review and testing of annual review administration processes for all schemes (within timeframes outlined in the service level contract).
The Superannuation Administrator is also responsible for the maintenance of financial data, provision of a high level of customer service and accurate and timely administrative services to members and stakeholders for the various superannuation schemes and products administered by the Super SA Office in accordance with statutory legislation.
The Incumbent Will Be Administering
- data integrity checks against data for all schemes, and identifying issues to be rectified;
- administering regular programs that deduct fees, insurance premiums and tax (where applicable) from member accounts;
- administering programs that amend the status of a members and amending the status of a member’s entitlements, and produce notifications to members and agencies where required;
- assisting administer annual and bi-annual scheme processes requiring data extractions and bulk mail outs, including:

Out of hours work and intrastate/interstate travel may be required.
This role is temporary up to 12 months.
Remuneration
ASO3 - $63,681 - $67,868 pa
