Job Description The Opportunity We have a unique opportunity for a proven government relations and stakeholder management expert to work across our business at a senior level on a part time and flexible basis. The role is part of the broader Stakeholder Engagement & Communications team but will be responsible for managing our relationships across primarily state government About You You will be looking for an opportunity to provide strategic advice across the business whilst still getting on the tools and working within a flexible, highly productive and busy environment. You will also; * Have proven experience working within government or in-house that equates to high level of understanding of government operations relevant to Arcs business * Ability to operate at a strategic level with senior members of the business and government as well as understand and communicate around operational and rail industry specific issues * Ability to research, prepare and deliver tools and resources required to brief and inform internal and external stakeholders * Strong relationship development and management skills with an ability to establish and maintain effective internal and external relationships, liaise with stakeholders, and influence their knowledge and/or actions. * Mentor, train and share knowledge across your direct team and the broader business.
