About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside Dental professionals, increasing sales and penetration of leading consumable solutions within our Corporate and Government accounts.

With ongoing support from the Key Account Manager and allied colleagues you will:

  • Procure and manage tier 1 and 2 accounts across Victoria and Tasmania, driving growth in accordance with regional and national strategies;
  • Influence purchasing decisions within individual practices through cold calling and other engagement strategies;
  • Provide superior customer service and support in the execution of tenders and government contracts;
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations to dentists and other clinic employees;
  • Complete various reports and analysis, responding to changes, market trends and competitor activities;
  • Maintain up to date product knowledge through self-directed learning and proactive involvement in training and market research; and
  • Work with your colleagues to generate new business, identifying and leveraging opportunities across Dentsply Sirona.
About you

You will thrive in this role if you have:
  • A relevant degree or certificate;
  • A “hunter” mentality with a drive to succeed;
  • Experience in key account management or business development;
  • Professional attitude with proven ability to build appropriate relationships with key stakeholders
  • Proven capacity to manage a large territory, drive growth, source and cultivate new business;
  • Accomplished presentation/facilitation/training skills;
  • Superior negotiation and influencing skills;
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Demonstrated record of effective collaboration with colleagues;
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and appropriately manage workload;
  • Technical aptitude with a history of coaching others in the use of technical products;
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in the MS Office suite and CRMs;
  • Ability to travel and short notice; and
  • Experience or knowledge of the dental or health industry is advantageous.
