The Victorian Responsible Gambling Foundation is a statutory authority which aims to improve the health and wellbeing of Victorians by working with our communities and government to deliver effective, evidence-based initiatives and innovative approaches to prevent gambling harm and provide support for those seeking help. About the role
The Foundation is seeking a motivated and flexible individual to provide governance administration support for the Foundation's Board and committees, management meetings and internal procurement unit, as required. The position will work closely with the Governance and Legal Manager, General Counsel and provide a broad range of governance and administrative support including: scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, compiling and collating papers for meetings using Board management software, minute taking, managing action items, record keeping including maintaining all registers, templates and associated files, and event planning for off-site meetings.
About you
To deliver excellence in this role you will possess the ability to respectfully liaise with a diverse group of internal and external Foundation stakeholders. You will have demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and flexibly, and enjoy the ability to work autonomously where required. You love structured work flows, have excellent organisation skills and work to tight deadlines. You will also have excellent written and minute taking skills, and value the attention to detail in your work.
