This is a great opportunity to join our Risk Management Group’s Compliance Governance and Operations team, where will work across a diverse range of activities and projects to affect meaningful change.

Equipped with an entrepreneurial and innovative mindset you will work to design new, and rethink existing processes and activities to eliminate inefficiencies through continuous improvement and contribute to global projects that will define how the Compliance division operates.

Bringing your exceptional attention to detail, you will coordinate Compliance-wide, Senior Management and Board reporting, including the development of metrics and dashboards.

Using your first-class interpersonal skills, you will work with Senior Compliance stakeholders to develop and maintain global Compliance governance and operational processes.

Further, you will work to drive the continuous optimisation of Compliance policies by providing support to policy owners to ensure our policies remain fit for purpose in the context of our internal and external risk landscape.

You will join a high performing team and this role will see you work directly with senior stakeholders across Compliance and the Risk Management Group.

To be successful in this role you will need an open and inquisitive mind and be able to build strong relationships across the organisation. You should be flexible, proactive and organised as you will need to be able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
