CLINICAL GOVERNANCE AND COMPLIANCE COORDINATOR – PART TIME

A new senior clinical role has been established to promote best practice Clinical Governance and Compliance to assist in meeting all Aged Care Quality Standards, within a leading Griffith residential aged care facility.

The successful person will bring strong clinical, communication and influencing skills to the role, and an ability to deliver required initiatives and compliance within an evolving environment.

Applicants will need to be a Registered Nurse (APHRA), with a minimum of 3 years clinical experience. A knowledge of Aged Care, and relevant contemporary regulatory frameworks would be advantageous.

The role will include audit and review functions, the maintenance of quality and compliance systems, and implementation of continuous improvement. The Clinical Governance and Compliance Coordinator will also support and develop effective relationships with all stakeholders including staff, consumers and regulatory agencies.
