About the role

The Executive Assistant will be working in a 1:1 role supporting the General Manager Governance, Company Secretary and General Counsel. This role is a traditional EA position with significant meeting support requirement such as; developing agendas, typing up minutes, and follow up around action items and papers.

The successful candidate will present with a flexible approach and demonstrate initiative and a can-do attitude. Critical to this role, is your ability to build and foster relationships with key stakeholders and the Board, as well as a high attention to detail and high standard in your work.

Skills & experience

  • Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant at CEO / Board level for a large organisation and in the provision of executive support and administration.
  • Confidential, friendly, approachable and customer focussed
  • Ability to plan and organise to achieve established goals and priorities
  • Proven skills in organising and maintaining documentation and an eye for detail
  • Ability to manage varied and conflicting demands to agreed standards and timelines
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and high level communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Advanced computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office Suite
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Experience with Diligent Boards software board portal will be looked upon favourably
