A career that gives you moreThe Deal Structuring & Execution team provides a differentiated specialised service proposition for larger, more complex and sophisticated customers. This team use their industry knowledge and credit expertise to deliver a high quality, consistent customer solutions with a consistent customer experience. The team supports a broad range of customers, across various diversified industries and interacts with the Broker and Financial network.

Reporting to the Associate Director, the Senior Associate is a key team member that provides credit analysis, deal execution and portfolio risk management functions and support to the NAB High Growth & Emerging Corporate team (HG&EC). You’ll be directly involved in all aspects of portfolio management and the client relationship. Further, you’ll have an opportunity to build on your existing credit/analytical skills and client relationship skills, and play a key role in driving superior client outcomes and delivering world class client relationships.

Day to day you will

  • Provide support to Associate Director DS&E and Relationship Teams.
  • Provide financial and risk analysis, with detailed complex lending submissions of high quality
  • Ensure that all group exposures have been accurately assessed, with support from Associate Director DS&E as required
  • Ensure that a commercial approach is evident, to protect both clients and the Bank
  • Gather the correct and appropriate information from customers and the Relationship Team
  • Assist Relationship Team, Customer at discussion stage to put together structures, facilities, term sheets/NDA’s
