Skilled Contracts Administrator required for a successful head contractor overseeing Construction projects within Health, Education & Gov spaces

Our successful client is looking for a highly skilled driven Contracts Administrator to join a successful team to ensure delivery of multi-million dollar high profile projects within QLD.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Drafting Scope of Works, tender packages, project reporting and financial reporting
  • Cash flow forecasting and ensuring cost codes are accurately maintained
  • Maintain of formal notices and key correspondence
  • Sub-contractor liaison and management
  • Maintain a register of suppliers and sub-contractors
  • Interpret plans and specifications to understand the full scope of works for the projects
  • Ensure compliance and quality is met
  • Process progress claims
  • Degree in Construction Management or equivalent
  • 3+ years Contracts Administration Experience with a Head Contractor delivering Build, Commercial, Retail and Health projects
  • Strong in Head Contract and Sub-contract issue mitigation
  • Well-versed in Jobpac
  • Greenfield project experience favoured
