Job Description


Reporting into the Work Management Compliance Lead, this role is responsible for driving continuous process improvement and ensuring that compliance processes are defined and implemented. The Work Management Training and Governance Administrator will be responsible for coaching disciplined use of performance measures and reporting, organization standards, processes, systems, and data for Sodexo’s Building Maintenance stream.

In this fast-paced and dynamic position you will be expected to:

  • Promote operating discipline and design intent related to the processes they support
  • Review performance indicators to identify operating discipline related issues, and initiates coaching to close the gap and/or collaborates with stream leads to initiate further detailed analysis
  • Act as key liaison to sites and provide feedback to managers and supervisors on functional capability gaps identified through coaching
  • Validate incidents raised by users, reviews process and data related incidents and recommends improvements to area and functional line managers
  • Implement, develop, and maintain work management process and training programs
  • Produce weekly and monthly compliance reports

Qualifications

  • Over 5 years work experience in a similar position with at least 2 years in a process improvement / data analysis role
  • A strong understanding of work management practices, master data management, and continuous improvement actions (Plan, Do, Check, Act)
  • An ability to comprehend processes including Data Management and Analysis
  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Essential)
  • A knowledge of Power BI (desirable)
  • A sound understanding of Asset Life cycle management (ISO 5500)
  • Ability to write and influence the embedment of process
  • Ability to perform well under pressure
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at any one time
