What You'll Be Doing

To obtain accurate information of all patient details and to provide and sign all necessary paperwork. To provide efficient operation of the Switchboard, communication systems within the Hospital, to act as a "front line" person for the Hospital, in all reception duties.

Selection Criteria

  • Experience or knowledge in the use of hospital based computer systems such as iPM, eMR and Financial Portal.
  • Previous experience in the use of a Switchboard.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional attitude at all times within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to plan, organise and problem solve.
