About the Role
They are currently seeking a HR Administration Officer to join their growing team in Burwood with the opportunity to work remotely from home. This is an estimated 4-month temporary assignment, with a potential to extend.

Working within the Talent Operations Business Unit, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative and business support services to team to ensure organisational objectives are efficiently and effectively achieved. Your primary responsibility will be to manage a large dataset spreadsheet tracking the movement of thousands of hires throughout the business.

In this exciting role, you will be undertaking the following duties –

  • Deliver professional customer service, answering enquiries in a timely and accurate manner
  • Complete inbox management
  • Gathering and collating accurate information
  • High volume input of data into spreadsheets
  • Manage and maintain spreadsheets accurately recording the movement of thousands of hires
  • Generating concise and detailed reports
  • Establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships facilitating collaboration, consultation, engagement and contribution of ideas
  • Records and database management, ensuring high integrity, accuracy and confidentiality
  • Assist on adhoc project as required
  • Ensure compliance with legislative requirements

About You
To be successful in this great assignment you will have the following –

  • Demonstrated Administration or Business Support experience
  • Previous Human Resources, Talent or Recruitment Industry experience highly desirable
  • Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Superior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS office suite including advanced Excel skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Flexible and proactive attitude with the ability to work in a team environment
  • Reliable remote internet access
  • Willingness to undergo a National Police Check
  • Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment
