About the role

We are currently seeking an experienced Ministerial and Executive Support Officer to join our team.

In this newly created role, you will provide high level executive support, coordinating the preparation of high-quality, accurate and timely correspondence across the business. Reporting to the Director of the Office of Chief Executive, you will work closely with Landgate's Board, Chief Executive, Corporate Executive and Minister's Office to provide support.

Using your business intelligence, initiative, confidentiality and diplomacy, you will review internal and external correspondence to ensure it is appropriate for the audience and considers broader Landgate or State Government activities and decisions. You will liaise with the Minister's Office and Chief Executive Officer on a daily basis, provide executive support for Corporate Executive and the Board (including the coordination and preparation of Corporate Executive and Board papers and minutes) and be involved with the preparation of materials to support parliamentary processes.

Key to this role is the development and maintenance of strong working relationships across the business. You will work within a small team and will be required to undertake a range of activities, to ensure the effective delivery of services through the Office of Chief Executive.
