The Role

As an experienced recruitment professional you will lead our growth in the NSW Government sector. You will manage key relationships with external vendors and customers to ensure outstanding service is delivered to both clients and candidates alike.

Daily you will

  • Deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions to Government clients
  • Manage existing client relationships across the public sector
  • Originate new business across various government panels
  • Manage a portfolio of professional onsite employees
  • Source and maintain a pool of professional candidates in specialist segments
  • Respond to job requisitions and deliver within tight timeframes

About you

You may be a consultant or senior consultant in your current organisation seeking a step up or exposure to new clients and/or challenges. You will be eager to learn and develop your recruitment consulting skills.

You will display confidence, impeccable communication skills and a positive can-do attitude.

Ideally you will have delivered recruitment services into the Government sector, however this is not a pre-requisite.
