JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking enthusiastic people with a commitment to service excellence for a number of Senior Account Services Officer roles within Super SA. These roles are available immediately and also in the near future and will have various contract terms (ongoing, long and short term).

The Senior Account Services Officer, Data Integrity is responsible for the provision of technical information and support to a team to facilitate the accurate and timely running of regular data integrity checks, bulk processes, annual reviews and regular scheme reporting processes to meet the reporting requirements and business objectives of the Super SA Office.

In This Role, You Will

  • Understand business needs, analyse, interpret and extract sensitive and intricate information in data form, develop the ability to coordinate small projects to meet deadlines and define outcomes.
  • Develop the use of spreadsheets and database applications.
  • Processing data, reconciling, running data queries against underlying superannuation systems and documenting variances.
  • Experience in superannuation annual review processes, collation of salaries for relevant schemes, issuing Annual Payment Summaries within legislated timeframes,
  • Regular programs to amend the status of a member’s entitlements and producing notifications to members and agencies where required.
  • Programs to deduct fees, insurance premiums and tax (where applicable) from member accounts;
  • Co-ordinating pension requirement mail outs for Income Stream investors.
What We're Looking For

To be successful in the role, you will have:
  • Sound knowledge of the superannuation industry, including accumulation, defined benefit and account based pension schemes.
  • Strong working knowledge of Bluedoor, SuperB, ePASS, Calibre or Capital.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Access and Excel
  • Ability to assess information and make recommendations.
  • The ability to document procedures and processes.
Special Conditions

Recommended applicants are subject to satisfactory criminal history check in accordance with the DTF Pre-Employment Screening Policy and Procedure and every three years thereafter.

Out of hours work and intrastate/interstate travel may be required.

We are looking to grow our team in the near future. This pool recruitment will offer multiple positions with a variance of contracts both ongoing and up to 12 months.

Remuneration

ASO4 - $72,135 - $75,616 pa
