About The Role

We are currently seeking a Governance Training and Support Lead to join our Risk and Assurance team based in our modern head office in North Sydney.

This is a flexible working environment, with opportunities for both office based work and working from home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Risk and Assurance with ongoing improvement and compliance of the governance framework via our quality management system, the Integrated Group Management System (iGMS)
  • Maintain and manage the Governance Framework support structures by providing support and training to the business
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis on governance framework and supporting quality management system (iGMS) addressing specific training requirements
  • In collaboration with functional leader’s co-ordinate, develop and implement training plans suitable to the needs to the specific functions including e-Learning and face to face training options.


About You
  • At least Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, preferably Diploma of Training and Assessment
  • Detailed knowledge of the development, implementation and support of business systems
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a related role
  • Ability to understand a variety of customer/client needs as related to business systems
