The Cabinet, Communications and Corporate group is responsible for providing core whole of government and departmental services. The group is responsible for overseeing Cabinet management, strategic communications, engagement and protocol (including behavioural insights), corporate governance, public sector reform and the department's corporate services.

Cabinet Office plays a leadership role within DPC and across government. It provides specialist policy advice and support to facilitate informed executive government decision-making including the exercise of parliamentary responsibilities, the operation of Cabinet and Executive Council and compliance with Cabinet processes and protocols. Cabinet Office is also responsible for ensuring the security and preservation of Cabinet records coordination and managing correspondence.

Are you an experienced public sector manager, who can focus on detail and look at the big picture?

We are looking for a senior manager, committed to quality public administration and governance, to lead a small team responsible for parliamentary business systems and processes, the Government's annual legislation program, and support for Executive Council.
