JOB DESCRIPTION

This leading global provider of Real Estate Services has a requirement for a Facilities Administrator to provide assistance to one of their Federal Government clients, across a mix of owned and leased properties. IMMEDIATE START.

Details As Follows:

Location: Federal Government client - Canberra CBD
Assignment Length:
2 months, 8am - 4.30pm
Pay Rate
: Flexible

Main Duties:

  • Assistance with Corrigo
  • Coordination of facilities management duties
  • Following up overdue work orders, with vendors & landlords
  • Quote reviews, and creation of proposals
  • Reviewing notes and flags, and undertaking any necessary action
  • Raising necessary work orders
  • Invoicing and following up with vendors - awaiting submission of invoices within Corrigo
  • Assistance with any current projects

Requirements:

  • Experience in facilities management, property management, hospitality or related field
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong IT & admin skills, high attention to detail
