Work with a giant of technology:

We are looking for a QLD based Senior Sales Lead with strong relationships within public sector customers to develop Fujitsu's Infrastructure Solutions Offering. This is an excellent opportunity for an experience Salesperson to come on board and utilise their knowledge and relationships within the public sector.

Key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

  • Winning Deals: lead / support the negotiations to close the deal and ensure customer concerns are resolved
  • Strategy Development: develop sales strategy for specific business areas
  • Sales Opportunities: Identifies and qualifies opportunities to establish a pipeline which will meet targets. Execute the contracts, accountable for revenue, TCV and margins
  • Sales Planning: Jointly establishes value proposition and win strategy for all qualified opportunities and establish to close.
  • Customer Relationships: Actively and personally develops customer relations that will support overall target and account plan. Role holder should be able to develop a strong influence and coaching network with the customer / vendor / partner.
  • Competitor Analysis: Identify and create a strategy for beating the competition.
  • Stakeholder Planning: Identify and influences decision makers, influencers and other stakeholders
  • Lead Role: Takes leadership role in coordinating customer engagement across a specialised portfolio
  • Forecasting: Submits accurate and timely monthly sales forecast and regular updates in CRM salesforce.
  • Governance: Adheres to company defined governance procedures and sales mgmt tools including CRM, CSLC, FLOA.
  • Team Management and Development: Identifies, motivates and communicates with virtual teams to effectively support qualified opportunities.Building your own path to success:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • 6+ years' experience in a relevant Sales role, with proven track record of quota achievement
  • Proven experience selling services and solutions to Public Sector Customers/Accounts
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence.
  • Strong strategic and conceptual ability supported by effective communication skills.
  • Ability to present, develop & articulate concepts clearly to customers & colleagues
  • Ability to work independently or within a team sales/delivery environment
  • Innovation and ability to identify business problems and define solutions that have a positive ROI
  • Qualification of opportunities, strategic planning and negotiate opportunities through to close of sale
  • Experienced in CRM pipeline management and account/opportunity planning methodologies
